Art & Commerce
My first foray into the world of commercial illustration was as an advertising creative. I have 25+ years of big agency experience creating branding and ad campaigns for clients big and small; in every medium you can think of, (even those that haven’t been invented).
Project Overview: Packaging illustration, copywriting and overall brand creation. Don’t mess with Nonna.
Project Overview: Girls In The Game is an incredible after school program for young girls in Chicago. Turns out, extracurriculars like sports build confidence, respect, courage, and overall invincibility in young ladies. This mural was featured on the mural of all murals in Chicago. The Wintrust building is an artist-wrapped iconic structure on the Kennedy Expressway. Let’s let the world know you’re awesome, girls!
Project overview: The Honeypot brand is going gangbusters for it’s sweet, loving, sassy, no-nonsense pride of all lady parts. This 360˚ campaign celebrates this awesomeness. Viva la chica parts, Chicas!
Project Overview: Two handsome men from Italy sauntered into an office in Chicago looking for package design for their new wines. They embraced their actual personas and insisted the brand was called “Two Romeos”. This package illustration is an ode to their confidence, great wine and amazing cologne.
Project Overview: Little Weirdo is a little weird brand that celebrates the strangeness in all of us. These are a few illustrations that lived on walls, mugs, cards, shirts and the brand website. It was so much fun to channel my inner weirdo in this colab.

Project Overview: Series of concepts and illustrations for a Missoula Montana Tourism project (icons + stickers). Bringing pride to fellow Missoulaans in a very “It’s My Town” kind of way, ie” MY-SSOULA.
Project Overview: Located in the interior design hub of Chicago’s West Loop, Lightology is a drool-worthy lighting experience. They wanted to celebrate local artists every month in 2021 with an homage to lovely quotes. This is my take on a classic. Peace.
